Irrespective of the independent nature of each question, evaluation of the feedback must include:
- Direct reference: Go and direct quotes from the interviewee's responses, get the evidence from their own phrases and words;
- Discrete analysis: A methodical breaking down of the responses, offering the clear explanation of the insights they bring and give;
- Conclusions: A decision or judgement should only be reached by the filmmaker by reasoning through the responses.
- Action Statement: In view of the conclusion how the finding will impact on the creative process. It is better to pay attention to the second response, since it fits in with the job of good drama to make the stakes high.
