  6. People with their hobbies
Who will be involved in the ideas generation process?

The people who are working on the project will be involved in the ideas generation process. Every person in the project will be involved 100%. They will get ideas to help the team and the project.

Ways they can get ideas:


  • Research on the internet
  • Get ideas from other people outside the team
  • Get ideas in TV (News)



Skills needed for a management project

What skills do you need to be able to this successfully?

The skills I think you need to be able to succeed are:


  • organisation 
  • correct research
  • creative thinking
  • good team skills (listening skills and problem solving)
  • imagination
  • concentration


Who would you  want in your team?

I would want to have a person with:

  • passion 
  • focused 
  • creative
  • imaginative 
  • a person who is good at researching

These are the most important type of people I want in my team. I would also want a person who is a really good team player and very skilled, also good at listening.
